Teaching Water Safety
This CPD session is with Defra Mod 3 Swift Water Rescue Technician, Brian McCusker from Midshire Search and Rescue.
The session will cover a basic awareness of water safety, including rescue techniques and first aid, cold water shock and hypothermia, terminology to use to report incidents to emergency services.
This will be an interactive session will lots of opportunities to ask questions. If you have any specific questions before the training, please email these to Jo.
